Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If for any reason you are not happy with you purchase, please email us at info@naturallysheepskins.com and we will happily provide a full refund less postage.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that return postage and any other associated costs must be covered by the customer and a tracking number provided to us.
Naturally Sheepskins will not be liable for any returned items that are misplaced prior to us receiving them. 
Please note that Naturally Sheepskins reserves the right to refuse any return if the item is not in its original condition, unused and unwashed.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

Faulty or damaged goods

All of our products are carefully checked prior to sending them, but in the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@naturallysheepskins.com within 14 days of purchase and we will happily provide you with a full refund or exchange.

All postage for faulty and damaged items will be covered by Naturally Sheepskins.

Any exchanged product will be sent free of charge once the original products has been received by Naturally Sheepskins

Please note that as sheepskins are natural products every item is unique in size, shape, appearance and colour. Colour variations and small imperfections will not deem the product faulty.

Please pay careful attention to our cleaning and care instructions for our sheepskin products as we cannot accept returns for products that have been incorrectly handled.
